SHIPPING POLICY

Free U.S. shipping

Every order ships free anywhere in the United States. The price you see is the price you pay.

Processing time

Every jar of Crown is hand-finished in Houston, Texas. Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Order tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email when your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days or your order seems delayed, email hello@crowntoothpowder.com and we'll look into it.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, email a photo to hello@crowntoothpowder.com within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your building's package area first, then reach out. We'll work with you to make it right.

Address accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once at no charge.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the U.S. and want Crown, email us. Enough requests and we'll make it happen.
