Our guarantee

Try Crown for 14 days. If your mouth doesn't feel noticeably cleaner and fresher, email us at hello@crowntoothpowder.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. Keep the jar. No return shipping, no forms, no hassle.

The details

The guarantee applies to your first jar only, one refund per customer. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Orders of more than one jar are refunded for one jar under the guarantee. Subscription orders, if applicable, are refundable on the first shipment only.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, that's on us. Email a photo to hello@crowntoothpowder.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.

Returns

Because Crown is a personal oral care product, we don't accept physical returns for hygiene reasons. Refunds under our guarantee don't require you to send anything back.
